We partner with local surgeons to develop, manage and operate successful, efficient and profitable surgery centers for orthopedics, ophthalmology, pain management, podiatry, gastroenterology, ENT, urology, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, oral surgery, OB/Gyn, and general surgery. The local surgeons have a majority interest in the facility and we hold a minority stake.

With over 50 centers, our expert consultants have established centers in multiple states including California, the midwest and east coast.

Experience: 50+ centers, profitable and successful.

Team: Legal team, architectural team, design team, nursing team; all ready to go for all phases of development and operation. All phases of development are dependent on surgeon partner input. We want your center to reflect what you most desire out of a surgery center and nothing your don’t.

No Development Fees: We take a small minority ownership interest at the same buy in as all other partners. We coordinate all phases of the development of the surgery center while also supplying needed capital.

No Management Fees: We train and place well paid and incentivized nurse managers to run and manage daily surgery center operations. We don’t place administrators in the surgery centers. We operate lean, mean and beautiful centers. If the center does good, we all do good.

Great References: Our work is only as good as our surgeon partners perceive it to be. We will be happy to provide references to call and contact and speak with them personally.

Looking to Take Over or Buy Out: We can help. We help coordinate the Buyout and or Take Over of a center with local partner surgeons. These days, if local physician surgeons are interested in getting together and opening a center, a lot of time it is best to find a center and take it over versus building it from scratch to save licensing and build out time.
