What advantage does your company give?

We do this every day with hands-on experience from a physician-based perspective.

Do you help with insurance negotiations?

Yes we have consulting service that can just be brought in to make the process of collections for out-of-network versus in-network smooth and financially worthwhile. There are certain contracts that you never want and there are certain contracts that you do, we can help you decide. We also negotiate out-of-network 3rd party reductions to maximize your reimbursement for service you have already performed.

How do you charge?

Each service and assignment is different depending on the needs of the client. Certain items are billed hourly, others are by project. Some management and consulting can also be by equity ownership. Certain parts of certain projects are billed depending on the expert used. Contact us regarding specific projects and needs and we could provide a more detailed answer.

How are the consultants for my project chosen?

Each project will require an interview to determine what resources are necessary. From there an expert will be assigned to follow up. Some projects require different advisors or experts at different times and thus this will be coordinated by Opus.

Do you help with buy-outs and takeovers?

Yes we have an array of experts in valuation and merger and healthcare law that will work with your project and guide it through that process.

Do you provide consulting to financial and equity firms?

Yes, please contact us directly.

Do you consult internationally?

Though we specialize domestically and have a greater number of resources available here, we have consultants that do work internationally as well. Please contact us about your project and we can go from there.

Do you provide al la carte services?

Yes we do, contact us to ask about your needs. Our most popular services are

  1. Out of Network Negotiations with Insurance Companies, where we negotiate an out-of-network rate for a sleep center or surgery center, getting 70-85% of billed charges or close to 95% of UCR

  3. Outsourced sleep scoring services by RPSGT personnel for $30-40 per study [discounts for volume] with less than 48-hour turnaround
  4. Sleep Study Interpretation with a 96-hour or less turnaround for less than $140 per study flat rate

Do you provide help in securing Outsourced Scoring Services?

Yes we do! We have negotiating ability with some of the largest scoring services on the market with rates from $30-40 per study depending on the labs needs, type of system, and reporting requirements. We can also provide high volume discounts for scoring services.
