About Us

Opus Management and Consulting is a small boutique consulting company, headquartered in Northern California.

We hand-select our specialists in every narrow field of medical and business consulting and management to make sure we can provide the skills and guidance to establish and manage multiple medical businesses: Sleep disorder facilities, Surgery centers, Physician-owned and occupied buildings.

Our goal is to help physicians excel in business.

Our start

Mr. S. Dhesi, President and CEO, started by being part of a physician-owned surgery center with the goal that if the core group of doctors who were strong in practice and surgery got together to build a surgery center it would be successful. The idea was that they could manage the surgery center ownership with just their own volume then any other doctors who joined would be gravy for the center. Understanding and managing insurance reimbursements and medical collections the surgery center was successful.

Taking that knowledge to the sleep field, he helped start and managed multiple multi-physician owned Sleep Disorder facilities. Starting in California and expanding to facilities in multiple other states, he has gained the resources and knowledge to put together a team of experts. Mr. Dhesi was the first in the United States to utilize specialized corporate structures to make his ventures successful.

Along the course of growth, he has been part of multiple physician owned real estate ventures and has a team of people that specialize in structuring and running these operations.

Mr. Dhesi is not a jack of all trades, but what he did by establishing Opus Management and Consulting is allow his company to put together a group of best of the best, hands on experts and leading companies to help guide physicians to pursue their projects for additional ancillary income and financial security.
